Homeshake is shaking up the housing market.

There’s a big problem that has existed in the modern housing market for some time now- the sheer number of boring and dreadful extra steps that go into both buying and selling a house. I’m sure everyone who’s moved before understands what I’m talking about. The middle man (realtor) shows us around a house they’ve never lived in before, there’s tons of grueling extra paperwork that destroy your will to continue, and to top it all off, you don’t even get to communicate with the actual homeowners!
This is the way it’s been for years and years now, and I’m sure we all think that it’s about time for a change- a streamlined version of the buying and selling process that’s just so outdated nowadays. That’s the beauty of Homeshake’s service. When I say it’s streamlined, I’m not just throwing out a baseless advertisement. Never before have we seen a website that not only allows for direct conversation between the buyer and the seller, and with the complete absence of that frustrating middle man. It’s nigh time we say goodbye to that guy- he’s overstayed his welcome.
Now, I understand the pros of the current process. After all, it wouldn’t be the norm if it wasn’t based in some level of effectiveness. An argument could be made that what we have right now is safer with that extra person in between making sure that everything runs smoothly. And you know what? I completely agree. Since when, though, can you immediately contact a homeowner after so much as seeing the listing for a house you’re interested on one, succinct website?
The digital age has arrived, and it’s time to decide whether you want to sink or swim. Naturally, this and other major market processes will change to fit the growing desire for ease that we’re quickly starting to see. Like it or not, we’re all getting a little lazy. So then, my fellow harbinger of the future- what’ll it be?
